2007

• DASH Career Fox Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated in August 2007.
• The company was founded by Mrs Deeksha Angrish & Mrs Bakul Wahi.
• Formation year witnessed development and practicing of initial structure & processes.
• We commenced our first senior management search for an IT peripheral company of an MNC Company in this year.

2008

• DASH Career Fox Pvt. Ltd. was retained to recruit Founder Team Members of an MNC Chemicals company.
• We earned the repute of among top performing search firm PAN India for an MNC Life Insurance Company.
• We practiced specific focus on BFSI vertical and hired, trained and developed a small team of recruiters.
• Industry specific training modules were put in place and that is how internal training division of DASH took off.
• Company earned many laurels by winning recruitment contests driven by clients of BFSI sector.
• Year 2008 ended with over achievement on procuring contracts across industries.
• The modest search targets for the year were over achieved.

2009

• DASH Career Fox Pvt. Ltd. achieved number one ranking among more than hundred recruitment firms for one more life insurance company.
• We achieved “Top Performing Consultant” award for its PAN India performance for one more BFSI sector company.
• Won Certificate of Appreciation “Partner-in-Growth” and National Trophy for one more BFSI sector company.
• Our Six employees were promoted to enlarge operational base to supersede increasing demands of its clients.
• We over achieved its search budget for the year.

2010

• Established Head hunting division to successfully place candidates at senior level management. The division is oriented to cater ever-changing management requirement of clients. Associates of this division are from vivid background and experiences and put together they are the best of the talent geared to match the expected results.
• Established the image of being “A Preferred Search Organization” for many clients across industries.
• Laid down process and policies for growth phase from 2011 to 2013
• Initiated the process of establishing recruitment retainership division.

Growth Phase2011-2014

• Doubled the team size and penetrated more Geographical Locations for Hiring
• Won various awards for great performance on Quality and Quantity.
• Moved to a bigger Set up
• Partnered with new clients and climbed up the Ladder surpassing their existing Recruitment Partners.

Expansion Phase 2015-2016

We are all set to take off to attain our desired Vision Statement and for this we look forward to at least 500 % growth in employee strength giving us same % growth in revenue from Executive Search division alone. Revenue generation from other divisions is to add up as a top up & will be accounted for our further expansion plan.
